This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") was developed by BFC Trading (hereinafter referred to as "BFC– Trading") in order to comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006. "On Personal Data", and establishes the procedure and principles of personal data processing, conditions, validity period of consent for processing personal data, collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification, use, extraction, destruction, blocking, depersonalization, deletion and transfer of this data.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure compliance of the processing and protection of personal data in BFC -Trading with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The policy is strictly enforced by managers and employees of all structural divisions of BFC- Trading.
Access to personal data of personal data subjects (regardless of the type of carrier) is provided to employees of BFC-Trading in accordance with their official duties.BFC -Trading develops and approves documents defining the policy of BFC- Trading regarding the processing of personal data, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and detecting violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, eliminating the consequences of such violations.
The Policy applies to all personal data of subjects processed in "BFC- Trading" with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.

This Policy applies to all information posted on the Site that site visitors, BFC -Trading employees or other persons may receive while using the Site, its services, programs and products.
The use of the Site's services means the Subject's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the Subject must refrain from using the services.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (citizen). Such information includes, inter alia: full name, year, month, date and place of birth, address of residence, email address, ip address, information about family, social, property status, information about education, profession, income, phone number, as well as other information.
1.2. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without the use of automation tools. Such actions (operations) include: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.3. Subject – an individual who has provided BFC -Trading with his personal data, including
including users of the BFC-trading website, as well as persons who communicate with employees of BFC- Trading via a telephone connection.
BFC -Trading processes the personal data of the following persons (Entities):
- employees of "BFC -Trading"
- entities with which contracts of a civil nature have been concluded;
- candidates for vacant positions in BFC- Trading;
- clients of "BFC -Trading";
- registered and unregistered users of the BFC- Trading Website;
- representatives of legal entities;
- suppliers (individual entrepreneurs).

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1.Within the framework of this Policy, the Subject's personal information is understood as:
2.1.1. Personal information that the Subject provides about himself independently, including when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the Subject's personal data. The information required for the provision of Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the Subject at his discretion.
2.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Site services during their use using the software installed on the Subject's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the Subject's browser (or other program that accesses the services), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the Subject, the date and time of access to the services, the addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.
2.2. The following actions of the Subject are equivalent to the written consent of the Subject to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy: - sending by the Subject on the Internet on the Website in the feedback form of their data by clicking on the "send" button in the field before the information "By sending information via an electronic form, you consent to the processing, collection, storage and transfer to third parties of the information provided by you on the terms of the Privacy Policy.". In this case, any information provided by the Subject to the employee and/or representative of BFC -Trading LLC, directly or indirectly related to the Subject, is considered to be provided freely, voluntarily and with the unconditional consent of the Subject.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the Subject can click on links available on the Site.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF SUBJECTS
3.1.BFC- Trading, including through the Website, collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the Subject, except in cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
3.2. BFC- Trading processes the personal information of the Subject for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Identification of the Subject registered on the Website for the provision of commercial information and the conclusion of the Contract.
3.2.2. Providing the Subject with access to personalized Website resources.
3.2.3. Establishing feedback with the Subject, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, the provision of services, processing requests and requests from the Subject.
3.2.4. Determining the location of the Subject to ensure security, fraud prevention.
3.2.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the Subject.
3.2.6. Creating an account for providing commercial information and concluding a Contract, if the Subject has agreed to create an account.
3.2.7. Notifying the Subject about the events held in BFC -Trading, with the right to send advertising information and/or notifications about new advertising products, including by telephone and SMS informing about the offers of BFC- Trading.
3.2.8. Providing the Subject with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to using the Site.
3.2.9. Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the Subject.
3.9.10. Proper provision of the declared services, provision of reliable and complete information about the services provided.
3.2.11. Providing the Subject with access to the websites or services of the Company's partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.
4. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. "BFC -Trading" stores personal information of Subjects in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. With respect to the Subject's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the Subject voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the Subject agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.
4.3. BFC -Trading has the right to transfer the Subject's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
4.3.1. The Subject has agreed to such actions.
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the use of a certain service by the Subject or for the execution of a certain agreement or contract with the Subject.
4.3.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.
4.4. BFC -Trading has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party with the consent of the Subject, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of an agreement concluded with this party.
4.4. A third party processing personal data on behalf of BFC- Trading is obliged to comply with the principles and rules of personal data processing provided for by the Federal Law "On Personal Data", ensuring confidentiality and security of personal data during their processing.
4.5. The processing of the Subject's personal data is carried out without time limit in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools. The processing of personal data of Users is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data".
4.6. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, BFC- Trading informs the Subject about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
4.7. BFC -Trading takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties. Protection of access to electronic databases containing personal data of Subjects is provided:
- using licensed software products that prevent unauthorized access by third parties to the personal data of Subjects;
- password system. Passwords are set by the system administrator and are communicated individually to BFC-Trading employees who have access to the personal data of the Subjects.
4.8. BFC- Trading, together with the Subject, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the Subject's personal data.
5. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT
5.1.A citizen whose personal data is processed by BFC- Trading has the right to receive from BFC-Trading:
- confirmation of the fact of processing personal data by BFC -Trading;
- legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
- information about the methods of personal data processing used by BFC-trading;
- name and location of "BFC- Trading";
- information about persons who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with BFC-Trading or on the basis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- a list of processed personal data relating to the citizen from whom the request was received and the source of their receipt, unless another procedure for providing such data is provided for by federal law;
- information about the terms of processing of personal data, including the terms of their storage;
- information on the procedure for the exercise by a citizen of the rights provided for by the Federal Law "On Personal Data";
- information on the ongoing or proposed cross-border transfer of personal data;
- name and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of BFC-Trading LLC;
- other information provided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" or other federal laws;
5.2. A citizen whose personal data is processed by BFC- Trading has the right to:
- to demand clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data both in general and in part, for example, withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of sending "BFC- Trading" promotional mailings;
- demand the elimination of illegal actions of "BFC -Trading" in relation to his personal data;
- appeal the actions or inaction of BFC-Trading to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) or in court if a citizen believes that BFC- Trading processes his personal data in violation of the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" or otherwise violates his rights and freedoms;
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1.The subject is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. BFC-Trading is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy.
6.2.2. To ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the Subject, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the Subject, except as provided for in this Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Subject's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4. To block personal data related to the relevant Subject from the moment of the request or request of the Subject or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of identification of false personal data or illegal actions.
6.2.5. Not to receive or process personal data of the Subject about his race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life, except in cases provided by law.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Company that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the Subject in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, BFC -Trading is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by "BFC- Trading".
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the Subject.
7.3. Persons guilty of violating the norms governing the receipt, processing and protection of personal data of Subjects are subject to disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1.Before going to court with a claim on disputes arising from the relationship between the Subject and BFC -Trading, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. BFC -Trading has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent of the Subject.
9.2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
